I say what needs saying. If something isn't working or a timeline is at risk, the client hears it from me early.

Cycle time, throughput, capacity, trends. When you have evidence, you have better conversations and better decisions.

Corporate website redesign & client portal build

My flagship account. Led the delivery of a full corporate website redesign alongside a separate client portal build, both running in parallel. Managed the transition from Scrum to Kanban mid-project to better suit the team's working patterns. Multiple change requests packaged up and delivered continuously. Circa £500,000 per year.

NHS trust website redesign

Healthcare · 2024

Managed the redesign of a leading NHS trust's public-facing website from discovery right through to project closure. Worked closely with clinical and communications teams to improve accessibility and user experience. Circa £100,000 project.

AI proof of concept

Public sector · 2025

Oversaw an AI proof-of-concept for a public sector client, exploring practical applications of AI within their existing workflows. Led the discovery phase and outlined a build-phase roadmap of circa £500,000 to implement the proof-of-concept solutions across the organisation. Circa £50,000 discovery project.

Delivered a Cloudflare configuration project covering app services, Zero Trust security, and managed service setup for an energy services client. Circa £80,000 project completed in 2024.

Case management system

First ever Appian project, working as the Scrum Master on a digital forensics case management system for a public sector client. Built on the Appian low-code platform. Circa £350,000 project.

NHS trust continuous improvement

Continuous improvement and feature development on a leading NHS trust's website. Multiple change requests delivered over two years, equating to circa £150,000 of work.

Government department security remediation

Small change requests for a central government department, focused on penetration test remediations and security improvements. Circa £40,000 of work.

Internal AI search tool

Internal · 2024

Led an internal innovation project to build a semantic search and AI-powered search tool for the CDS website, working with Cloudflare. Circa £45,000 project.

Single Online Home force onboarding

Public sector · 2023 – 2025

Managed the onboarding of police forces onto the Single Online Home shared services platform, working with Cloudflare. 44 out of 45 forces completed. Circa £300,000 of work delivered over two years.

Personal · 2026

Built this personal site from scratch using HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Designed iteratively with Claude as a UX, content, and accessibility consultant. Hosted on Cloudflare Pages with automatic deployments from GitHub. Dark theme with light mode toggle, fully responsive.
